In system of sustainable and safe development of regions one of the major tasks is scientific justification of a control system of health of the population at the expense of risk assessment to health of the population from negative impact of factors of the environment. One of the leading factors of anthropogenous impact on health is aerogenic. The paper studies public health risk assessment from the chemicals emitted city's largest enterprises. The analysis is performed on the basis of the qualitative and quantitative composition of emissions and the results of sanitary air diagnostics, including information on the dose dependence of four main pollutants with negative impact on the body. The geo-information application, developed by the authors, helps to visualize the results of the risk assessment analysis. It allows considering spatial distribution of risk areas from negative emissions of the industrial enterprises.
