In help of professionals in the area this material briefly consider some of the EC adopted practices, focusing on the Bulgarian approach, concerning adopted legislation. This is connected to ecological or minimum permissible flow in rivers providing. Considering that their practical implementation is closely connected to the process of effective in-situ control providing implementation of a monitoring and Information system for the results presentation is proposed. Presented systems are initiated considering the possibility of additional climate change, water related and anthropogenic impacts diagnostic and their incorporation into the proposed systems.
