Environmental protection and sustainable development are two of the of great topics of interest and much concern for the new generation of passive dwelling constructors, designer?s architects. In the past less concern was attached to the use of environment friendly materials in harmony with the European legislation for the construction of passive dwellings and to the questions constantly raised by life: constructors and beneficiaries should meet the legislation on these constructions in harmony with the environment, on the other side at present, in construction a lot of environment friendly materials are used while meeting the exigencies of functionality, quality, comfort and aesthetics of dwellings. Using material in civil law should take into account the possibility of risk of developing allergies, respiratory diseases among the population at risk, children and the elderly due to the emission of pollutants. In this respect the latest and fashionable trend in architecture is the creation of dwellings using eco-friendly materials at the same time in compliance with the European legislation.
