Currently, the intensity of the development of the city and of surrounding to town of areas significantly increased. Under construction a new parcels of land, are used. Some of which have not above been used in mind the geological and hydrogeological features of such sites. These portions include the coastal zones of rivers and of reservoirs, which are prone to flooding or affected by landslide processes. In this link the problem of the developing of effective methods of the geodynamic monitoring of landslide processes occur. Landslides belong to one of the most dangerous exogenous geological processes. The danger lies in the fact that the development of the landslide occurs without external signs to its manifestations in the majority of cases. Most methods of monitoring landslides are based on the fixation of the ongoing deformation and of control changes of the topography. But, as a rule, this approach detects irreversible changes later. The article proposes to use the geoelectrical method of the geodynamic control of the initial phase of the destruction of the landslide for the timely detecting of critical changes in the geological environment. The article shows that, given the geological features of landslides and their depth the application of low frequency electromagnetic method type vertical electric sounding is most appropriate by a method of two components. Simulation results and test the proposed approach are presented in practice.
