This article is about a new data acquisition system and procedure used for electromagnetic pollution assessment and warning, with mobile equipment, placed inside some electric high voltage power stations in the Central Region of Romania, as well as the software involved and interpretation of results. The whole system and procedures, as well as all the measurements were performed by our team from the Politehnica University in Timisoara. The acquisition system and the software involved are developed by our team. Main, electric parameters taken in consideration were Electric Field Intensity, E and Magnetic Induction, B, as well as other harmonics, interferences and frequency measurements, made on request. This evaluation results are used for environmental studies, alarms or didactic purpose, in order to be used by our students in power engineering. This paper also presents some real measurements and interpretation of results. Some health issues could also appear by analyzing the measured on-site data.
