In this article questions of increase in effectiveness of the equipotential method (its adaptation) for a research and monitoring of karst processes are considered. Authors carried out the analysis of the principles of creation of systems of monitoring on the basis of the equipotential method. Mathematical justification of formation of compensation signals for sensitization of the applied equipotential method is given in work. Algorithms of the regression analysis for increase in reaction of system of monitoring to changes in a geological section and localization of the place of development of near-surface processes are shown. The results of the pilot studies presented in this work show that the offered approaches allow to increase accuracy of receiving projection of geodynamics.
