In this study revealed that there is a connection between fluctuations in the groundwater level with diurnal and semidiurnal tides. Especially this relationship manifests itself in the aquifer with low porosity. In the proposed regression algorithms to eliminate the endogenous character the interference. The algorithm involves splitting the interval of observation on the quasi-stationary geodynamic portions. This forms the minimization function for regression analysis. For registration of points within the range, a system of equations for the vector geodynamic variations. Solving the system of equations can be eliminated by endogenous effect on the results of geoenvironmental monitoring of water resources. When obtaining results on the condition of the aquifer in the study area by geoelectric monitoring methods, the temperature effect on the geological environment was taken into account, and geodynamic variations of the water horizon parameters were distinguished. The proposed method was tested in the control of the aquifer on the geodynamic polygon. As a result, it was possible to significantly reduce the endogenous effect on the results of geoecological monitoring.
