In the paper the author has made attempt to prove economically sustainable and complex use of mineral deposits. The paper presents analytical, abstract and logical, comparative and economic-mathematical methods of doing the research. The author recommends to make assessment on the basis of calculation and analysis of the following indicators: cost-and-saving factor of investments for sustainable and complex use of fields; integrated economic effect at the state level; coefficients of rational utilization of mineral raw materials and non-waste production and etc.; level of science-based standards achievement of using natural resources and environmental protection.
The researches have shown that sustainable and complex use of mineral deposits will allow to increase efficiency of production, reduce costs of mineral resources base of the country. Besides considerable economic efficiency, production organization on the basis of strip-mining, adjacent strata and production waste will be socially and environmentally beneficial. |
