In the paper the analysis of Environmental Management System in the selected company was presented. This system is one of the elements of Integrated Management System. The analysis was based on the results from Plate Mill which is Department of Steel Mill working in the central part of Poland. In the first part of the paper general characteristics of Integrated Management Systems was made. Its individual elements were discussed. Environmental Management System, its conditions and elements were the main component of this system presented in this chapter. In the second part of the paper, the analysis of results of studies of the object was presented. The object under study is engaged in production of metal plates. The analysis of effectiveness of individual component of Integrated Management System with special consideration on Environmental Management System was presented. Quantitative analysis of waste produced in the object was made. This analysis included five consecutive calendar years.
