The present research is a part of the obtaining innovative medicine domain and is concerned with conceiving and developing new anti depressive medicines, endowed with a high therapeutically degree, low secondary effects and impact on the quality of life, through a research partnership. The impact of Borderline personality disorder (BPD) diseases, especially depression, is continuously growing and as a treatment, are used anorganic products based on lithium, such as lithium carbonate, lithium citrate or lithium orotate as well as organic products based on ureides, benzodiazepine derivatives, oxazolidine-2,4 dionics etc. Lithium ions? neurotransmitters? modulation - seems to modify the relationship betwee their activities and also can contribute to the neuroprotective effect of lithium. Recently, a new therapy based on an original medicine series from the class of dimethyl-aminoethylic esters of the anti depressive aminosulphonyl-clor-phenoxi-acetics is on going. This class is represented by the 2-clor -4-dimethylaminosulphonyl-phenoxiacetate of dimethylaminoethanol. Pharmacology studies made on these products had shown that sulphonoamido-clor-phenoxi-acetics acids has also an anti depressive effect. Starting from this point, a new aminosulphonylclor- phenoxi-acetics acids and them lithium salts were synthesized. The newly obtained salts were characterized by modern methods (FT-IR, UV/VIS, RMN, SM) and after are going to be studied in vitro and in vivo in order to obtain their pharmaceutical characterization and anti depressive effects.

We expect these compounds to have low toxicity, to eliminate secondary effects of the anorganic lithium salts and to conserve anti depressive effects of the chlorinephenoxyacetic sulphonamides acids.
