The article is devoted to the development of the algorithm for express analysis of the state of human functional systems, taking into account the data of goniometric control. The analysis of electrophysiological correlates of movements is given. The features of occurrence of bioelectric signals of brain centers and muscle neurons are analyzed. Based on the analysis it is established that for more effective study of the pathology of the musculoskeletal system it is necessary to carry out goniometric control together with the bioelectric parameters of the organism.
The solution of this problem is the development of express-analysis algorithms of functional human systems considering goniometric measurements, allowing to real-time determine the presence and degree of functional abnormalities. The main advantage of this approach is the possibility of a dynamic analysis to get a real picture of the pathology of functional systems in daily patient load. The use of express-analysis algorithms will optimize the process of rehabilitation of the human musculoskeletal system, in view of its physical characteristics, as a technique of rehabilitation will be built considering dynamics of the complex state of physiological parameters of the patient. |
