The results of rooting cuttings of Bougainvillea spectabilis which were planted in substrates of sand, peat, perlite and peat + perlite treated with rhyzogene substances named Atonik and Radistim. This study was conducted in the closed greenhouse from the Faculty of Horticulture and Forestry in Timisoara, for the rooting place had been utilized crates with the size of 50x30 cm and they were filled with substrate of sand, peat, perlite, perlite + peat, and then were planted cuttings of Bougainvillea spectabilis that were treated with stimulants rooting.
The variance of the component analysis indicates that the sources of variation had a real influence on statistically strong rooting cuttings of Bougainvillea spectabilis amid small and insignificant differences between repetitions at the level experimental device and a share of 92.06% cumulative factors. The substrate has submitted the highest variability effect on rooting percentage significantly higher compared to other effects. Taking into account the effect of the two-sided stimulator percentage of rooting cuttings presented amplitude of the range of 7.33% to 10% in the case of a Atonik to 17.33% in case of treatment with Radistim application. Thus, it can be considered generally that Radistim treatment had a higher effect on rooting cuttings, associated with a very significant difference to the results related to the use of Atonik. Considering the combined effect of stimulants and substrates on rooting cuttings of Bougainvillea spectabilis is observed that the substrate of sand occurred highest significant differences between the effects of treatment with stimulants, while the substrate composed of peat application stimulators rooting had similar effects on the process of rootedness. Against the background the application of treatments with Atonik between substrates held the highest differences in the percentage of rooting. Taking into account the effect on rooting cuttings stimulators on the same substrate is observed that treatment with stimulants showed the highest influence on cuttings grown in sand substrate where treatment Radistim generated a very significant increase in the percentage of rooting around 17.33 %, compared to treatment with Atonik. |
