The paper analysis the influence of indoor temperature in case of a 2-room?s apartment built in the years 1975-1985, upon the thermal heating energy consumption. Thus, the thermal energy consumption is determined considering the thermal insulation measurements of the buildings elements taking in account a variation of the indoor temperature from 20?C until 24?C, according to the Romanian calculus methodology. The resulted values are compared with the experimental measurements realized for a 2 rooms apartment with a surface of Su=45 m2 placed in Timisoara, during three winter periods consecutively for increasing values of the indoor temperature from 20?C in the first year, 21?C in the second year and 22?C in the third year. By comparing the measured values with the calculated one it can be observed a small difference less than 5%. Analyzing the heating energy consumption, we could see that in the conditions of thermal rehabilitation measurements of the building it not allow an indoor temperature adjustment, the increasing indoor temperature cancels the reduced heating energy consumption by enveloping the building.
