In article are presented results of interpretation of gravity and magnetic geophysical fields Tyrkandin ore region (Aldan shield), in territory whom active manifested mezozoic alkaline magmatism, whitch intruded into metamorphic rock of Precambrian. The Tyrkandin ore region had potential for discovery large gold-ore objects in the East Russia. Structure of geophysical fields of the Tyrkandin ore region is analyzed in order to determine mechanisms of distribution of gold-rare-metal occurrences. Features of gravity and magnetic anomalies of the studied area are described. Based on statistic approach, geophysical data processing and interpretation were performed using ArcGIS software. Local and regional components of geophysical fields, features of their gradient are calculated. Statistical analysis of geophysical anomalies allowed us to identify areas that are favorable for the localization of gold mineralization. The following intervals are optimal: the local component of the magnetic field -1.25 - 0.45 mOe; gradient of the local component of the magnetic field 15.35 ° - 45.9 °; the local component of the gravitational field is -0.78 - 0.86 mGl; the gradient of the local component of the gravitational field is 27.27 ° - 70.2 °. As a result of undertaken studies, it is identified that the main known ore objects, ore occurrences are confined to close-to-zero values of local component of magnetic and gravity field, and also mainly to areas, where the highest density of faults is observed.
