|
A large amount of geological, geophysical, geochemical and other materials of various contents and scale has been accumulated in Kazakhstan because of the work of several generations of geological researchers. At this stage of geological research development, an actual problem is the possibility of processing and mastering this data based on modern geoinformation technologies (Mapinfo, Arcgis, Micromine). This new approach to the methodology of geological research allows the transition from a qualitative assessment to a quantitative digital model of the studied objects in 3D. The implementation of the new approach to geological research using the formation of a geoinformation system was conducted for the Syrymbet rare metal deposit (Northern Kazakhstan).
