Industrial ventilation requires a deep knowledge of fluid dynamics, heat dissipation, flow of complex fluids, steady state and transient conditions, operating problems, contamination inside and outside of installations, etc.
In the field of industrial ventilation, the conditions of the indoor environment, called the indoor air quality and the exposure of employees to them, are very important. In industrial installations, the emission regime for contaminants may be 10-100 times higher than in non-industrial installations, but for many contaminants the level of indoor air quality may be the same. The priority issue is to consider the production process as well as other important issues such as employees, energy, the environment, etc. Since the 1980s, cutting-edge technologies based on good environmental practices and energy efficiency have been introduced. The challenge is to implement the best industrial ventilation technologies for all jobs based on global principles. The objectives of new innovations, procedures, systems and equipment are to meet the needs of end users to be included as part of development programs. The article will deal with the real-time transmission of functional parameters of industrial ventilation instances, the possibility of warning in the conditions in which the functional parameters associated with ventilation installations are not satisfied as well as the increase of the level of occupational safety and health in the areas with potential danger of explosive and / or toxic environments. |
