|
CAD/CAE analysis of the work of a spring conical spacer in the ignition block of solid-fuel gas generator applied in oil fields to restore the flow rate (production) of the wells has been carried out. Three-dimensional models of the generator's elements were developed in the CAD software SolidWorks on the base of drawings of gas generator laboratory sample developed in D. Mendeleyev University of Chemical Technology of Russia (MUCTR). The purpose of the strength calculation and deformation analysis is the choice of the conical spacer material at least going through deformation and destruction.
