One of the perspective directions of simulation and modeling tool development is the problem orientation, which allows reducing the requirements that presented to a knowledge level of end users in the programming area essentially. Using the software package in a system for dynamic modeling of multi-agent resource conversion processes (MRCP) BPsim (Business Process Simulation), a simulation model of the workstation workflow was built to make experiments to determine the workload of posts and identify bottlenecks in their work. The mathematical model of multi agent resource conversion processes is developed by the means of discrete-event simulation systems, multi agent approach and expert systems. The multi agent resource conversion processes mathematical apparatus is based on the widespread mathematical schemas of dynamic processes description (Petri nets, queuing system, and models of system dynamics). Modernization of posts by replacing lifts and installing additional equipment on them will reduce the queue load on some posts, which will significantly improve the workstation's performance, leads to servicing more cars.
