The core of solution is a design of special codes inserted into the list of coordinates of the measured points. These codes have to contain information about topological concepts in such a way so that we can automatically create topologically correct drawing in an appropriate software from the above mentioned list of coordinates obtained by geodetic measurement.
At present there are a lot of software applications which try to solve this problem on the basic of continual drawing. One of them is e. g. a possibility to insert the codes into the list of points which enables to create the interactive drawing on the base of continuous connecting of points of the same code. However from the point of view of vector drawing, all these solutions are insufficient as they reflect only the features of concrete point of geographic objects (trees, lamps, surface devices of technical infrastructure ?), but lack in topological information. Current code systems in principle do not solve the topology of closed objects such as buildings, water and other areas etc.
A part of the solution is a design of an application in Python language which can automatically generate drawing in geographic information system (ArcGIS, QGIS). The automatic process results in transforming the spatial data into vector format to make maximum use of the information in input data and minimum of manual work.
