The article deals with the design of an alternative meteorological network, whose inexpensive metering devices would be installed on non-specified mobile means or at general aviation airports to collect selected spatial data. It analyzes the need for a minimum level of equipment for meteorological measurement systems to ensure the professional collection of analysis and visualization of specific spatial data. The process of analyzing the collection, analysis, and visualization of specific spatial data will also be implemented with GIS support. The article focuses on identifying meteorological constraints under current EASA regulations and defining limiting weather condition factors on aircraft performance capabilities. The need to collect these meteorological spatial data, due to their variability over time, was verified by experimental measurement. The result of these findings is the identification of meteorological elements that meteorological measuring systems should be able to measure and provide. These data represent specific spatial data for the needs of analysis of information support for rescue services as well as for the needs of flying in general aviation conditions.
