|
A classification of the levels of convergence of geoinformation resources in economic systems is proposed, which puts information technology solutions, services, platforms, infrastructure and categories that the subjects of the economy solve in the process of forming value chains of tasks. The use of convergence of information, financial and material flows is considered, mechanisms of the received synergetic effect are established. A technique for numerical estimation of such an effect is proposed, as well as a model for estimating resource flows under conditions of convergence. The dependence of the synergetic effect on both the volumes of information flows and on the number of communication nodes of participants in global value chains has been established. The presentation of the model of material flows of economic systems in the form of dependence on the resources used allows their selection, planning to ensure the required result of the activities of enterprises, as well as to find the best solutions in conditions of limited resources.
