The objective studied is a collective dwelling with the height regime of S + P + 3E and offices located on Str. Borhanci, Cluj County.
From a geometric point of view, topographic surveying works ensure the application of various types of constructions, ways of communication, art works, hydrotechnical works on the ground. In our case, the execution of the tracing works was accomplished by moving from the upper to the lower order, from the geodetic state to the tracing base. An essential factor was the choice of the most appropriate method of drawing the construction with the aim that the method chosen should respect the traceability. To design any type of construction, we need upgraded topographic plans and topographic profiles made at large scale. These topographical plans are required both in the design stage of the construction and in the drawing stage of the field design. Both for the field application of the project and for the execution of the constructions, appeal was made to the modern topographic tools and methods. In addition to the tracing works, we presented the pre-tracing stage, specifically the topographic elevation for the preparation of the topographic plan documentation for obtaining the building permit. |
