Aquatic ecosystems of the Arctic are very sensitive to the climate change. Thermic processes inside and around water objects (lakes, rivers, wetlands) affected by endo- and exogenous factors and lead to talik formation and geoprocesses interaction and turnover.
Hydrological and geophysical investigation in the Lena River delta have been carried out in spring and summer 2016-2018. Sublake and subriver taliks georadar and electrical resistivity tomography data were obtained in a field with following hydrological and hydrogeological math modeling. Thermal modeling in the program software COMSOL Multiphysics matches to measured talik thickness. Parameters for modeling were taken from hydrological and cytological studying. Imitation modeling have been done according to the change of abiotic parameters of water object catchments that lead modeling of phase transition between water and sediments as well as talik and permafrost ground. Imitation of climate change shows increase of talik and active layer thickness not strong, predicted heating of surface temperature also give valid results.
