In model laboratory studies of dynamics (3, 30, and 90 days), the effect of veterinary antibiotic tylosin on the biochemical properties of brown forest soil was studied at concentrations of 1, 10, 100, 1000 mg/kg of soil. To study the biochemical properties of the soil, the following indicators were selected: the activity of enzymes of the class of oxidoreductases (catalase, dehydrogenases), hydrolases (invertase, phosphatase), and acidity of the soil (pH). It has been established that contamination of brown forest soil with tylosin leads to a change, to a greater extent, a decrease in the studied biochemical parameters. The greatest effect of tylosin is manifested in the first time from pollution. For the activity of the enzymes dehydrogenase and phosphatase, the laws governing the effects of the antibiotic are inverse to the change in the activity of catalase and invertase: a decrease in the activity of the enzyme is observed with an increase in the incubation time of contaminated samples. According to the degree of decrease in the activity, the enzymes of the brown forest soil form a series: invertase > phosphatase> catalase> dehydrogenases. According to the degree of recovery after tylosin contamination, the enzymes form a series: phosphatase > catalase > dehydrogenases > invertase. Contamination with tylosin leads to a slight shift of pH to the alkaline side. A significant change in the reaction of the medium (pH) of brown forest soil occurs when contaminated with tylosin at a concentration of 100 mg/kg.
