This research consists of the accumulation of scientific data regarding the evolution of certain components of agricultural land productivity, regarding the cosmic-atmospheric (temperatures, rainfall) and the telluric-edaphic conditions (hydro physical features like: humidity, field capacity, useful water capacity, wilting coefficient) needed to substantiate current pedoameliorative technologies for their efficient use through a complex approach of the physical-geographic and climatic-edaphic conditions in the Lower Plain of Banat.
The purpose of the researches has been rooted in the current scientific and practical strife to identify and develop an agronomically efficient integrated management with low energy and financial efforts, ecologic and conservative efforts for the soil and the environment. Taking these considerations into account, the paper presents some aspects regarding the physical-geographic and pedo-climatic characteristics based on the studies "Surveys on the pedoclimatic and anthropogenic factors that condition the productivity of the lands in the Lower Plain of Banat" performed during the doctoral school, namely between 28.09.2016 and today.
The studies are in line with the foundation of a sustainable agricultural system, meeting the requirements for setting up the scientific database necessary for the foundation of some technologies and the elaboration of the integrated management measures of agroecosystems.
