We have developed an online information system of mechanical recanalizations which is used in stroke centers in Czech Republic. The application is technically based on HTML forms, PHP and MySQL database. The system is online, independent on operating system and with possibilities to extend the functionality, there are main benefits. The database of mechanical recanalizations is a useful tool for long-period studies in neurosonology. Practical using, goals and benefits of the system is discussed in the first part of this paper. The second part of the paper is focused on technical solution and used web technologies, e.g. PHP, MySQL and also HTML5. The application was originally developed for 10 stroke and complex cerebrovascular centers in the Czech Republic with unique login credentials for each of them. All database from each center can be downloaded as CSV file to edit and share among the centers. This system is actively used among the stroke centers as a useful tool to analyze and to investigate a lot of markers of ischemic stroke, transient ischemic attack, etc. to highly efficient treatment investigation. GUI of the system is simple but the core is focused on fast processing and simplicity. Practical utilization is intended only for experienced sonographers and neurologists.
