One of the fields where the principles of intelligent systems are significantly reflected is logistics. Smart intelligent features are used across different disciplines, and their technological development influences progress in the industry. [1] One of the fields, where the principles of smart systems are nowadays implemented, is logistics. Autonomous smart elements communicate with each other using the Internet of Things and provide more effective support and communication for their digital twin (cyber-physical system) in cyberspace. The article focuses on the design of applications of these smart elements in logistic processes, supply chain management systems, the design of data collection and data transfer, and the digitalization of the process for control in virtual or extended reality environment. Synergy effecting of this attempt brings new level of user experience in logistics activities.
