In information technologies classical rules of regulation are often used for designing systems of automated control of technological objects. Application of these rules requires access to the aprioristic information on the object of control. One of the main causes for the development of new approaches is a lack of aprioristic information on the studied object which is adequately described by a representative class of nonlinear dynamic models perfectly demonstrating the most significant and important properties of real production, technical and economic entities. In the process of developing various mathematical models, including block-oriented ones, such as a Hammerstein model, identification methods are used. To control complex technological objects the process of synthesizing nonparametric multichannel regulator is applied. This paper is focused on developing nonlinear dynamic Hammerstein type objects which can describe a significant class of real objects. The development of the model consists in providing a set of input signals and measurement of responses to input action. The assessment of the model parameters for the chosen criterion of quality is carried out on the bases of input and output signals. The procedure of identifying dynamic system with analytical nonlinearity is considered as an example. The quantitative research of a regulator synthesis algorithm which has shown high operating quality of multichannel nonparametric regulator is conducted using two-channel control of a multidimensional object as an example. The following contour of control was investigated: input ? power of electrical signal of the drying machine, output ? temperature of the heated air. The block diagram of a regulator synthesis for the Hammerstein model is developed with MATLAB system identification toolbox. The validation of the 2nd-order Hammerstein model is shown.
