Geoecological monitoring (next-Geomonitoring), as the basis of environmental protection technologies for the preservation of unique water bodies, is due to the intensive development of industrial production, urbanization and the increasing anthropogenic impact on water bodies. In this connection, the preservation of clean water, suitable for water supply and recreational use, is currently becoming one of the most pressing problems. In the framework of this work, the seasonal dynamics of the main hydrochemical parameters, heavy metals and phytoplankton on the «The Kosinsky three lakes» has been studied. It is shown that as a result of urbanization of the adjacent territory, the processes of anthropogenic eutrophication in the water of lakes and pollution of the soil cover by heavy metals in their basin have increased. The study of the state and dynamics of ecological well-being suggests that the problems of anthropogenic pressure are systemic in nature. The method of integrated assessment makes it possible to carry out cartographic zoning and to characterize the geo-ecological state of the «The Kosinsky three lakes»
