Soil contamination with heavy metals is a major national economic and environmental problem, since heavy metals are subject to destruction and are able to be actively involved in the biological circulation and accumulate in vegetation and animal organisms [2]. Therefore, the theoretical and methodological basis of this work was the scientific development of the theoretical and methodological nature of scientists in the field of sugar production and poultry meat production, which revealed issues related to the creation of environmentally safe low-waste and resource-saving technologies, as well as improving product quality and improving the economic efficiency of production [10]. Sampling was carried out from the surface horizon of urban forest gray soil in the Uritsk district of the Oryol Region [4]. Mixed samples were taken for analysis, the sampling technique was carried out according to the envelope method. The following research methods were used in the work: abstract-logical, economic-statistical, computational-constructive, system-logical methods, comparative analysis method, grouping method and generalization method, and others. The objects of research are the waste of sugar beet production (defecate) of the sugar industry and poultry meat production of the Central Federal District of Russia and light forest agricultural soils of the Oryol Region, Uritsky District.
