All used oil products are currently transported through pipelines. Pipeline breakthroughs cause great economic and environmental damage. Up to 60% of all damage is due to corrosion, the main causes of which are ground moisture and transported substances. Under their influence, the structure of the metal changes, as a result of which the crystal lattice is destroyed and the metal "vanishes" from the surface of the pipe. The main method to prevent corrosion is passive protection - creating an insulating coating between the metal and the medium. Taking into account the Russian oil pipeline network size, this paper presents the results of developing a technology for integrated (external and internal) protection of pipelines. Internal protection is provided through the application of glass-enamel coatings, external protection - through the use of foam glass materials. The synthesis of both types of materials is based on the use of local natural raw materials. In the article, the technology of the developed materials synthesis is described, the optimal initial compositions are examined, the structure, composition, and properties of the synthesized materials are studied. Recommendations are given on the application of the developed technology for integrated pipeline protection.
