The current trend in the formation and development of united territorial communities is characterized by the desire of the rural population to join regional administrative and industrial centers, which puts negative changes in the socio-economic development of administrative cities. The need for such desire is due to the lack of real economic incentives in the development of rural areas and the constant rise in prices and tariffs for energy and electricity. The article proposes conducting informational-explanatory workshops and implementation of measures on implementation of alternative energy sources projects in accordance with the territorial-regional delineation of Ukraine in order to use independent alternative generators on the principles of energy logistics. Such rural alternative energy projects are oriented on the specific climatic and geographical conditions of rural regions in Ukraine and allow solving the problem of energy supply of rural settlements. At the same time, the newest alternative energy will become the energy base for the economic development of the territorial communities, which will form a local power and logistics system that management-organizational solutions are not tied to a centralized control system and energy supply. In this way, it will provide additional financial revenues for the communities, as well as significantly reduce the negative effects of the constant growth of tariffs on gas and electricity, reduce the level of corruption abuse in the energy sector and become the energy center of rural economic development.
