The problem of project management in modern management is developed in detail and brought up to standards. However, in conditions of high uncertainty of the external environment, agricultural enterprises need to make optimal use of resources and improve the quality of business processes in the organization in order to adapt quickly to various changes. The paper proposes the author's concept in improving the management of business processes in agricultural enterprises. It is based on the hypothesis that the effective management of the organization's business processes involves their continuous improvement and optimization. Therefore, it is very important to form a system for improving business processes. The analysis shows that the models currently used are not as simple as they were earlier, but they are still based on unrealistic assumptions. Therefore, it makes sense to abandon limiting assumptions and try to solve the problem in a more practical way. In this case, we propose a model of decision support in the allocation of resources in the management process of agricultural enterprises, resulting from the application of the author's approach. An illustration of the required modification of classical models is a model of ordering the sequence of agricultural work, taking into account restrictions on the availability of resources. The works are assumed to be independent of each other in the sense that they can be performed in a variable sequence with the availability of appropriate resources. The target functions are the uniformity of loading (use) of resources or the completion time of the last work.
