This article outlines the steps to be taken to ensure that the old Land Book Plans can work together with the current Land Plans and the Orthophoto Plans. For this purpose, scanning steps, georeferencing, must be performed. Then compare the old plans with the current ones by overlapping them over orthophoto maps. Following this stage, we can find out if there are differences between the older and the current plans or the current situation in the field. By overlapping, in the same reference system, we can very easily see the changes that have occurred at the property and construction boundaries or the evolution of buildings, both in terms of legal and urban planning. We also present a way of converting ground plan plans executed in the sec. 19th century, from various projection systems, in the 1970 Stereo System, in analog format in digital format. After the conversion, we have a database and a digital archive that facilitates the good administration of cadastral work in each administrative-territorial unit.
