At national level, a series of technical regulations harmonized with European directives and norms are adopted, which present essential occupational safety and health requirements applicable to the field of explosives for civil use in various specific activities in which their use is necessary.
Concerns in the field addressed in the paper, are also registered at the level of the European and international community, respectively, because a good knowledge of the concepts and the practical experience regarding the determination with high accuracy of delay accuracy to explosive materials of the technical solutions to be developed and implemented to ensure the safe and secure movement of these types of dangerous products on the European market, have a special importance for increasing the degree of safety and health at work in specific operations with these types of products. |
