An explosion occurred at the ammunition storage depot in Padjene, Croatia, on 13 September 2011, caused by a fierce forest fire. The depot was totally destroyed and unexploded ordnance left scattered around it. A digital surface model and highresolution georeferenced ortho-mosaic were produced to monitor the cleared site of the former depot for remaining explosive devices and other waste generated by the explosion. Airborne image collection in 2015 covered the Padjene depot and vicinity with very high-resolution images in visible wavelengths, using a Sony ?6000 camera. The primary objective of the aerial survey in the visible spectrum was to provide ground teams with a digital surface model and high-resolution georeferenced ortho-mosaic of the cleared area as visual basis for monitoring further clearance actions. PhotoScan and PHOTOMOD software packages were used to produce the digital surface model. PhotoScan generated a high-resolution georeferenced ortho-mosaic, exceptionally detailed digital surface model, and textured polygonal models using image overlay. PHOTOMOD software is a digital photogrammetric system designed to provide full photogrammetric processing of aerial images. The digital surface models and highresolution georeferenced ortho-mosaic were analysed individually and mutually. A comparison of the accuracy of each model was performed and correlations and the regression relationship between the models were calculated. The accuracy of the produced high-resolution georeferenced ortho-mosaic was carried out in relation to the official 1:5000 scale orthophoto map.
