Interpretation of geophysical data is an important stage at a research of interior of Earth and problem solving of a prospecting geophysics. Potential geophysical fields ? gravitational, magnetic, stationary thermal ? satisfy to the equation of Laplace. Therefore, the theory and methods of interpretation developed for one of this field have the universal character. At the same time, it is necessary for these problems solution to use results of interpretation other geophysical data, first of all, seismic data.
Process of creation of Earth?s density models leads to the solution of direct and inverse gravimetry problems. The inverse problem of gravimetry is a classic example of an ill-posed problem: in the common statement, its solution is not unique and unstably depends on input data. Therefore, it is necessary to determine solutions belonging substantial sets of correctness, choosing reasonable models of an initial approximation. In this paper methods of complex interpretation of seismic and gravitational data, their application for creation of three-dimensional models of crust and the upper mantle are presented. Original algorithms and programs of recalculation of potential fields are developed for realization of these methods, taking note of side sources, the solution of a non-linear (structural) inverse problem, the solution of the linear three-dimensional inverse problem. Coefficients in dependence formulas "density-velocity" for a number of geotraverses are defined. |
