In the course of model experiments, the biological properties of ordinary chernozem at oil pollution of 5% and 10% of soil mass and subsequent introduction of biologically active substances such as urea and potassium humate were studied. The results of bioremediation of oil-contaminated chernozem on the 30th, 60th and 90th day have been assessed by its biological properties: the activity of the phosphatase, catalase and invertase, emission of carbon dioxide. The phosphatase and catalase activity have shown the most informative indicators of biological condition of chernozem after pollution. When urea was introduced, the activity of these enzymes in oil polluted soil has restored to the control, or even was stimulated above the control value. The activity of invertase when introducing potassium humate restored above the control and contaminated version. The urea had a pronounced toxic effect on the invertase activity. When introducing urea and potassium humate, CO2 emission was more intense than in oil-polluted chernozem. The strategy of biological stimulation of native microbiota of oil-polluted chernozem with urea and potassium humate demonstrated high efficiency in the restoration of biological properties.
