Variations of biological properties (3, 30, 90 days) of chernozem under the impact of antibiotics (ampicillin, streptomycin, tylosin) and pesticides (systemic fungicide input) in the concentration of 500 mg/kg of soil have been studied in simulation experiments. Addition of biocides varies the enumeration of microorganisms and enzymatic activity of soils. Correlation analysis revealed positive interrelation between enzymes of the two considered classes (dehydrogenase, invertase) with enumeration of micromycetes (r = 0.63, r = 0.65), catalase with ammonifying bacteria (r = 0.73). Thus, it is possible to evaluate contribution of this or that group of microorganisms to enzymatic pool of soils. In terms of recovery rate, the chernozem microbiological indices are ranged as follows: Azotobacter > ammonifying bacteria > amylolytic bacteria > micromycetes; the indices of enzymatic activity are ranged as follows: catalase > dehydrogenase > invertase. Individual parameters of biological properties are not recovered even after 90 days.
