The paper deals with the implementation of photovoltaic system in specific extraterrestrial area. It is focused on proposal of photovoltaic system for new international space station. Authors use in the analysis knowledge of NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration) space researches, information about of ISS (International Space Station) and proposal of first piece of new space station situated in cislunar area (space between Earth and Moon). Analysis of space deals with finding suitable location for new space station in cislunar area and determining of PV (photovoltaic) system parameters. Authors compare PV panels from companies engaged in production of PV panels designed for space industry. Data of tested PV panels (in Earth conditions) are specifically adjusted for parameters in space area conditions. The most suitable PV panels were selected in terms of efficiency and of produced energy per unit weight. Results are presented in tables and graphs. It shows suitable method for further calculation PV systems for other space stations or probes and represents base for exploration and conquest of space.
