At present, there are tendencies in the world of depletion of ores and the involvement of low-grade and technogenic raw materials into processing. The ever-increasing scale of industrial production, with the involvement of valuable raw materials components in the processing of raw materials, led to an increase in the amount of man-made waste polluting the environment. Hundreds of millions of tons of flotation tailings accumulated in the tailings processing plants processing various ores, which contain significant quantities of non-ferrous and precious metals, the content of which exceeds the content of metals in the currently mined ore. In conditions of a significant depletion of balance reserves of various ores and a decrease in their quality, the waste of enrichment can be considered as an additional source of metals.
The large losses of non-ferrous metals in the studied technogenic and mineral raw materials are associated with the very fine dispersion of useful minerals, their close interdependence between themselves and rock-forming minerals. The possibility for flotation tailings processing by using combined collector and generator air-water microemulsion. A combined collector is a mixture of composite Aeroflot, thionocarbamates TS-1000 and butyl xanthate with reactants ratios 1:1:3. The proposed technology using combined reagents and air microbubbles produced by the air-water microemulsion generator will improve the flotation of low-quality and technogenic raw materials containing non-ferrous metals. When used together, the combination of the collector and generator air-water microemulsion in comparison with the basic mode, the lead content in the rough lead concentrate increased by 7.1% and the extraction ? increases by 5.83 %. The content zinc in the rough zinc concentrate increases by 3.8 % and the extraction to 14.13 %. Consumption of modified reagent in comparison with basic collector to reduction by 15 - 20%. |
