RM/RA CRAMM method is a multispectral method for risk management including risk assessment process. It is used mainly for environmental, technology and social threats including major natural emergency events e.g. floods, forest fires, whirlwinds, earthquakes, landslides etc. The paper explains the logic of the method and its application though the Risk Assessment Scoreboard with quantitative inputs and outputs calculated by a simple logic function. The method respects its main sources - EN 31001 Risk management and CRAMM method. Its potential is proofed on the example of Risk assessment of a typical Slovakian locality including natural, chemical and other threats. The paper ends with the risk identification process which is the most important for serious quantitative output of the risk assessment process. RM/RA CRAMM method is useful for Emergency or Crisis management authorities in order to get the list of priority events and the list of objects under the highest risk to be protected. The output objectivity depends on the quality of professional estimations of input data for the input information might be incomplete in a real conditions
