Systematic monitoring of buildings and structures is necessary to ensure the safety and reliable functioning of infrastructure facilities. An important component for high-precision measurement control during monitoring is the verification of double measurement accuracy and the identification of systematic errors. By double measurements we mean the comparison of measurement result difference between the monitoring series, determining the displacements that occurred as systematic errors using the mathematical apparatus proposed in the article. Existing methods for monitoring the deformation of buildings and structures are not without systematic errors, the identification of which has always been an important stage in the post-processing of geodetic measurements. To identify systematic errors from the results of double measurements, it is proposed to use the mathematical apparatus of adjustment parametric method. The solution is achieved, if necessary, by pseudo inversion of the inverse weight matrix of parameters. The control of systematic error significance is performed on the basis of Student's criterion. The article presents the results evaluating the accuracy of double measurements taking into account systematic errors; they proposed a step-by-step algorithm for systematic error identification based on the results of double measurements.
