The polar geocosmophysical observatory is located in the Arctic zone of Russia in Tixie Bay with the following geographical coordinates: the latitude is 71.60 ° N, the longitude is 128.90 ° E. The first optical observations began in 1957. At present the continuous geophysical measurements of variations of the Earth?s magnetic field, auroral absorption of radio waves, ionosphere features, very low-frequency electromagnetic radio emissions, optical glow of the night sky and aurorae as well as cosmic ray intensities are carried out. On September 3, 2015, the first MN-300 geophysical missile was launched from the rocket polygon of the Polar Geocosmophysical Observatory of the IKFIA SB RAS. The paper presents tactical technical characteristics of the MN-300 missile. At the moment, the dynamics of development of the segment of small spacecraft i.e. micro and nano Earth?s satellites are clearly observed. Therefore, various variants of geophysical experiments are considered using the capabilities of micro and nano satellites of the Earth. Along with the limited overall dimensions and weight of detecting devices the following most characteristic features of the considered equipment are determined: the principles of its construction, choice of the circuit design, and detecting elements. These issues are the subjects of this work.
