Today, the analysis of the unique contribution to the formation of the ?genetic portrait? of regional features, including technogenic ones, which determines the occurrence of diseases and harm to health, is relevant. The use of modern critical genetic and cellular biotechnologies with the study of genetic polymorphism and thin cell subpopulations will allow us to catch the earliest violations of homeostatic indicators in geochemical technogenic provinces. The aim of the work is to assess the features of genetic indicators and indicators of immune regulation of the population of southern Siberia in the zone of technogenic influence of aluminum.
An in-depth study of the health status of the adult population was performed, including chemical-analytical, immunological and genetic diagnostic examination of 128 people permanently residing in the region of the technogenic influence of aluminum. The control group consisted of 112 people who live on the territory remote from the technogenic ?aluminum? province.
Chemical-analytical and clinical-laboratory studies of the health status of the adult population of the region confirm the presence of disorders of the immune system. A significantly increased content of aluminum in blood and urine was found in the observation group compared to the reference level and relative to the comparison group (p <0.05). The conducted immunological examination of the population indicates the presence of disorders of the immune system: there is a significant (p<0.05) increase in the relative and absolute content of T-regulatory cells with the CD127-phenotype, overexpression of the antiapoptotic factor Bcl-2, as well as inhibition of activation of the membrane receptors of T-lymphocytes CD95+ and CD25+ (p<0.05). An increased level of specific sensitization of the body to aluminum was detected by the criterion of the content of serum immunoglobulin G class (p<0.05). Increased frequency levels of variant alleles of detoxification genes for coproporphyrinogen oxidase CPOX (rs1131857) and SULT1A1 sulftransferase (rs 9282861) were found. Increase the frequency of the minor allele of the FAS gene (rs1159120) were significantly associated with a reduction in apoptotic cells (CD95+) that characterizes the conditions of analyzed technogenic geochemical province as contributing to the formation of additional risk factors for immunodeficiency States.
