OVERVIEW
------------------------------------ For the 22nd International Multidisciplinary Scientific GeoConference SGEM 2022 (Surveying Geology and Mining Ecology Management), for a period of 1 year and a half, were submitted more than 560 papers. After a double-blind peer review process, based on the COPE standards, only 371 of them were accepted for publication in SGEM volume 22. The accepted scientific papers, submitted by authors from 18 countries worldwide, are grouped by sections and published in 6 different issues. In this specific Issue 6.1 are published 36 academic papers on 292 pages. These papers represent research works and projects from 9 countries and 30 Universities/ Institutions. RESUME – ISSUE 6.1 (Vol 22) ------------------------------------ This conference proceedings represent the work of contributors to the 22nd International Multidisciplinary Scientific GeoConference SGEM 2022, that was held in the period of 4 – 10 July, 2022 in Albena, Bulgaria. With 292 pages in total, after a double-blind peer review process, based on the COPE standards, there are 36 academic research papers, in the field of Nano, Bio, Green and Space – Technologies for a Sustainable Future, published in Issue 6.1. of the SGEM2022 Conference Proceedings - Volume 22. The articles are categorized in 5 Sections as follows: Micro and Nano Technologies, Advances in Biotechnology, Green Buildings Technologies and Materials, Green Design and Sustainable Architecture, Space Technologies and Planetary Science. The topics discussed include: betulin integration method into solutions for needleless electrospinning; mechanical properties and microstructural analyzes of epoxy resins reinforced with satin tissue; analysis of protein content and evaluation of antioxidant activity of linden and hawthorn pollen; microencapsulated polyunsaturated fatty acids used as nutraceuticals; synthesis of magnetically separated biocatalytic systems; method for rapid verification of the presence of ammonium salts in fly ash at a concrete plant; the integration of vernacular construction materials in the concept of sustainable development; valorization of waste alkalis as replacement of commercial alkaline activator solution; mobility, transport and sustainable urban environment; the time accessibility to the destination from the transit node; next gen tech for moving to space.
