The problem is actual when slope stabilizations are implemented, when the strengthening systems and re-slopes cannot secure road traffic. There are three main reasons for the problem: climate changes, insufficient funds for strengthened infrastructure and implementation by companies without experience in geotechnical construction. A half-tunnel is used in the presence of a retaining wall, which needs to be integrated into the structure of the new facility. For environmental reasons and traffic safety requirements, the earth-rock masses that have fallen on the facilities are not allowed to get over them. Due to the lack of structural criteria for the implantation of the existing walls to the new bridging, in the present study, specific rules are defined for the volume of retained ground mass on the facility and the structural parameters of the facilities. Conclusions are drawn and recommendations for practice are made.
