The article develops one-dimensional linear regression mathematical models that establish the relationship between the activation potentials Ecrev, repassivation Erep, and corrosion Ecor of the 06KhN28MDT alloy used in the production of plate-like heat exchangers and its chemical composition and structure components in model recycled water. It has been found that the limiting potential Elim of the alloy shifted in the positive direction with an increase in the content of Cr, Mo, Si, S, the volume of titanium sulphides Vs, and a decrease in Mn. It has been found that its positive effect on Elim increased in the following order: S, Mo, Ti, Cr, Vs, Si. It is assumed that silicon, chromium, titanium, and molybdenum create mixed oxide films on the alloy surface that contribute to the repasivation of local corrosion damage in the gap between adjacent heat exchanger plates. It has been found that the corrosion potential of Ecor alloy shifted to the negative side with an increase in its Ni content and a decrease in Ti. It has been found that Ni increases and Ti decreases the alloy's resistance to crevice corrosion in chloride-containing media, since the higher the value of ?E = Elim - Ecor, the higher it is. In general, it has been found that the higher the Ti content in the alloy, the higher its resistance to crevice corrosion in a chloride-containing media, since Ti has a 6-times stronger effect on the potential Elim than Ecor. It has been found that the crevice corrosion potential of Ecrev alloy shifted in the positive direction with an increase in the content of Cr and Ti and a decrease in C. It is assumed that Cr and Ti create mixed oxide films that effectively counteract the activating effect of chloride ions, and C creates carbides that activate local corrosion processes. The developed mathematical one-dimensional linear regression models are recommended for use in assessing and predicting the resistance of plate-like heat exchangers made of 06KhN28MDT alloy (analogue of AISI 904 L steel) to crevice corrosion in recycled water of enterprises.
