Abstract

Actually progressive technology can be helpful for sustainability achievements. Sustainability it?s not only trend, but an unnecessary need in every field. Correctly planning and designing are first steps and main aspects to achieve sustainable development, economic, social and environmental in construction industry. Building Information Modelling presents tool which meets the information requirement for sustainability design. Building Information Modelling (BIM) is one of the most progressive technology in construction field. That?s assumption, BIM technology has impact on sustainability of construction project. Research discusses issue of the BIM technology and its impact on sustainability in construction projects. Main target of research is to analyze perception of impact of BIM technology on sustainability of construction project. Research sample includes all main participants of construction projects like contractor, designer, investors and real green projects. There are shown trends and thinking analyze in construction industry.
