INVESTIGATION OF ORE EXTRACTION INDICATORS IN THE AREA DRAW DEPENDING ON THE DESIGN OF DRAWPOINTS
Abstract
Today a sufficient number of analytical methods for determining extraction indicators for geotechnologies that produce broken ore has been developed. At the same time, they are characterized by certain difficulties, mainly due to the restriction in more fully taking into account the structural (geometrical) complexity of the production horizon and loading points. Therefore, the numerical simulation of the outflow of bulk material by discrete element method is becoming increasingly important to improve the reliability and accuracy of the results of determining of the loss and dilution of ore during production. The results of mathematical modeling of areal ore production using self-propelled machines depending on the parameters of the loading point are given in relation to the development of an extensive tubular deposit by a development system with a collapse taking into account the actual design features of the block bottom. Evaluation of indicators of the completeness and quality of extraction of mineral reserves carried out by comparing the mass of released ore and rock. The optimum ratio of the substage height to the distance between the delivery drifts is established at which the best extraction rates are ensured.
